The hotel is situated in the center af Ústí Nad Labem - just opposite the Museum. The staff was very friendly - they also gave good advices for where to eat - and a fine map for the city. You can park below the hotel. I was very late for breakfast the first morning and the young lady very politely asked me if I wanted more before they took the food out. No hurry :-)

I rated everything with maximum values,because i was very satisfied with my stay in hotel Clarion. I am not demanding person,but sometimes happen,that something meets all of your requirements and awaitings.Thats why i want to say : Thank you for the nice stay.Also the view from my room was very nice.I could even have my parked car under my sight :)

The staff were very accommodating. I became ill and needed to stay longer on my departure day. They let me be there much later without any hassle or extra charges. The location is great and centrally located with easy access to bus and a short walk to the train station.

Spacious room with effective ventilation/AC, equipped with fridge and a large writing desk. The bathroom has a full size bathtub. Good sound isolation made the room perfectly quiet despite the central location. Secure parking in the underground garage of the hotel.

We had a lovely experience over Easter weekend because of one particular hostess. I wish I had gotten her name, but she spoke 3 languages fluently, and she helped us with many unexpected requests. She was super gracious and incredibly helpful. What a gem!
